According to a Tweet by TSN's Bob McKenzie, the Rangers today have placed winger Dale Weise on waivers. Weise was cut from the training camp roster yesterday.Not much else to say here. Weise didn't make the team and I guess the team just wanted to part ways with him. I'd be very surprised if another team doesn't claim him. If that does happen, Weise will report back to Connecticut. If he is claimed, well, then his career as a Rangers is over.
